Kiran has had the opportunity to build some of these organizations ground-up into significant “brands”. She played a key role during the highly successful IPO of Cognizant Technology Solutions. Kiran was also responsible for pioneering high-end HR interventions like Assessment Centers in the IT industry. Her strong emphasis on quality, detail and her constant focus on customers, both internal and external, has enabled her put in place strong, best-in-class processes.
Over
the last few years, Kiran, has enabled

RR has played a significant role in activities like Total Quality Management & Quality Control and Organizational Transformations in his various responsibilities
